I admit that I’ve always been a bit of a geek. At 12 I dismantled our new family TV to see how it worked, and, yes, I did have a few problems putting it back together! I still have an inquiring mind and believe it’s absolutely essential for anyone seeking to lead from the front in the online industry.
I have a strong background in strategic business and management having held managerial and executive positions in the online industry for over 20 years.
Astro Hospitality Website Revamp
We’re proud to share that we’ve recently completed a website revamp project for Astro Hospitality, one of our original founding customers who came onboard with 360 Commerce back in 2020. Projects like this are a great reminder of what we’re building at 360, a platform (and a partnership) that can adapt and evolve as our customers’ needs change over time.
From a customer experience perspective, the project focused on meaningful improvements that help buyers order faster, including new navigation to clearly showcase the product range up front, an enhanced shopping journey through improved category search and product listing results, and of course a full brand refresh.
Alongside the revamp, Astro also progressed additional NetSuite integration enhancements, reinforcing the value of a platform that can continuously expand through new modules and deeper ERP-driven functionality.
Most importantly, we’re grateful for the long-standing relationship with the Astro team and the opportunity to keep delivering improvements through responsive service as their platform partner.
