May 2026 Feature Release

New 360 Commerce Features Designed to Support Smarter B2B Customer Experiences

We’ve added a new set of 360 Commerce platform improvements designed to help wholesale and B2B businesses make online ordering, customer service, and account management easier for their customers.

These latest updates focus on helping your customers find the right products faster, access useful account information online, request support more easily, and interact with your business through a more connected digital experience.

1. More Powerful Customer Dashboards

B2B customers increasingly expect more than just products in a cart. They want quick access to the information, services, and tools they need to manage their relationship with your business. Our latest customer dashboard improvements help bring more of this experience online, including:

  • Embedded Power BI reports — Give customers access to live, customer-specific reporting directly within their portal.
  • Online support cases — Allow customers to create and manage support requests online, helping reduce email back-and-forth and improve visibility.
  • ERP booking scheduler — Let customers view and request changes to product or service schedules through their online account portal.
  • Courier tracking links in order history — Make it easier for customers to track deliveries without needing to contact your team.
  • Alternative products in order history — When a previously purchased product is discontinued or no longer available, customers can now be shown suitable alternatives, helping them reorder faster and avoid unnecessary delays.

Together, these improvements help turn the customer dashboard into a more useful self-service hub, reducing manual admin for your team while giving customers better visibility and control.

2. Smarter B2B Ecommerce and Product Display Options

We’ve also added new tools to help businesses manage more complex B2B product and pricing scenarios.

  • Guest pricing “View Your Account Pricing” — Encourage visitors to create an account or log in so they can view their own customer-specific pricing, helping reinforce the value of their account relationship.
  • Non-purchasable products — Products can now exist in the system with full product information but be prevented from being purchased. This is useful for display-only products, reference products or restricted items.
  • Order-in labels for non-stocked products — Products that are not stocked can now display a more accurate label such as “Order In”, along with relevant lead-time information.

These updates are especially useful for wholesale businesses with large catalogues, customer-specific pricing, discontinued lines, special-order products, or products that require more controlled purchasing rules.

3. Improved Search Accuracy and Platform Performance

Behind the scenes, we’ve continued to improve the performance and reliability of the 360 Commerce platform.

  • Exact keyword search — Customers can now get more accurate results when searching for exact terms such as SKU, MPN, part numbers, or product codes, rather than relying only on relevance-based search.
  • Faster ERP customer/member syncing — ERP integration syncing has been improved with pagination, helping large customer and member datasets process more efficiently.
  • Improved Redis cache stability — If an integration is interrupted while processing, the system can automatically rerun to help improve stability and reliability.

These performance improvements help create a faster, more reliable customer experience while supporting the complex data requirements that are common in B2B ecommerce.
